1. What is provided in the apartment?
All of our apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, shower, toilet, towels and bed linen. Extra equipment such as TV, stereo, Internet and cable TV vary depending on the apartment. This information can be found in the detailed apartment description available for every apartment.
There is no extra charge for this.
2. Are the prices per person or per apartment?
Prices shown are per apartment per night. The price is affected by the number of people staying in the apartment. Apartments have a capacity as shown on the website, and may not be booked for greater numbers without our consent. Prices include all taxes and there are no further costs or hidden costs to consider.
3. There are Extra taxes?
50 euros cleaning to pay just one time.
4. How much do I pay to make the booking?
To make a booking you need to pay a down payment of 20% of the total charge. This is non-refundable.
5. How and when do I pay the rest of the money?
The remaining 80% of the cost is payable on arrival in cash if you don' t pay it you can not book the apartment.
6. What is the deposit I have to pay on arrival?
On arrival you will also be asked for 150 euros as a deposit against damage made during your stay. This normally should be in cash, and will be returned in full when you leave the apartment, assuming it is undamaged of course!
Depending on the apartment, it will be cash or credit card imprint: At check-in, an imprint of your credit card will be done as a security deposit. This amount is not charged. After your departure, the apartment checked, if there are no damage, the print will be torn apart and prove of destruction will be sent by Email to Client. This is also a way for us to have a systematic service quality feed back from our customers.
If you rent an apartment for a month there is an additional refundable deposit of €400.
7. Is there an extra charge for cleaning?
Yes, a onetime cleaning fee is included in the total price for a onetime cleaning of the apartment. Our apartments are cleaned before and after our guests enter and leave the apartments. If you wish to have the apartment clean during your stay you must arrange this with us. Generally, an extra cleaning costs €50.
8. How often are the apartments cleaned?
The apartments are cleaned between guests only, unless otherwise specified. During your stay you are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment. When you leaves of the apartment is not necessary to clean towels and sheets.
9. Where will we get the keys?
We will meet you in the apartment to give you keys and to make rest of payment. For this motive is indispensable to call us on your arrival to Barcelona.
10. What time can we arrive / depart?
Official check-in time is between 5pm and 8pm. If you arrive before 5pm, we can do your check-in from 12am, if the apartment is available. In such case, you would have to leave your luggage in the apartment and let the cleaning team do his job.
Arrivals after 20:00h will represent a cost of 30€
Arivals from 23:00 h to 01:00 will represent a cost of 40 €

11. At what time do we have to leave the apartment?
Normal check-out time: 11am at the latest.
Late check-out: for 30€, you can keep the apartment the afternoon of the day of your departure. This service apply only if we do not have any arrival the day of your departure. At check-in, please inform us of your wished check-out time.
12. Are there extra charges for gas, electricity or water etc?
There are no extra charges for gas, electricity etc.
13. What is the minimum stay?
We require a minimum stay of two nights.
We don' t accept one night.
14. How to get from Barcelona airport to the city centre?
•TAXI - This is the easiest and quickest way. It takes about 20 min. and the ride for 4 people should cost around 45€.
•BUS - Every 20 min. there is a bus departing to the city centre (Catalunya Square) A one-way ticket costs 3.90€.
•TRAIN – A train is departing every 30 min. to Sants train station, where you can take the underground, a bus or a taxi . A single tickets costs 3.50€.
15. Prices include VAT?
Yes prices includes VAT.
16. How do I cancel my apartment reservation?
To cancel the reservation you must contact Med-aparts.com. We will then notify the apartment owner that you have cancelled your reservation.
Do I receive a refund if I cancel my accommodation reservation?
The amount which is refunded depends on the amount of time you cancel prior to the date of the reservation. Please read our terms and conditions for a detailed explanation of the refund amounts.
17. What is the minimum stay?
We accept short stay of 2 and 3 nights, with the exception of special season. In such a case, a 40€ fee is added for short stay.
